Kenneth Antin was admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Connecticut and the Federal District Court of Connecticut in 1977. He is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Connecticut Law School. In addition, Attorney Antin holds a master's degree in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin.

Attorney Antin's practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and municipal law.

Attorney Antin is an active trial attorney. He has a diversified civil litigation practice including, but not limited to, prosecution and defense of foreclosures, landlord-tenant matters, disputes over real estate boundaries and rights of way, construction contract disputes, violations of non-compete agreements, disputes between businesses and between businesses and their employees, commercial collections, eminent domain, property tax appeals and prosecution and defense of appeals from zoning and other land use agency decisions. His reported cases include Larson v. Fazzino, 216 Conn. 431 (1990) and Connecticut National Bank v. Foley, 18 Conn. App. 667 (1989).

In his real estate practice, he has represented buyers and sellers in commercial and residential transactions. He has appeared before many land use planning agencies and has written organizational documents creating condominium projects and planned residential communities in the greater Middletown, Connecticut area. Attorney Antin has also represented several condominium and homeowners' associations.

In the area of municipal law, Attorney Antin has served as counsel to the towns of Durham and Middlefield, to the Durham-Middlefield Interlocal Advisory Board, and as special counsel to the City of Wallingford. He has litigated on behalf of Durham the discontinuance and abandonment of town roads and defense of pollution of residential wells. He has authored ordinances involving source separation of solid waste materials and the permitting of trash haulers and management of the transfer station and recycling center.

He has served as a fact finder/arbitrator and as an attorney trial referee for the Connecticut Superior Court. He also served as chairman of the City of Middletown's Board of Ethics from 1984 through 1990. Attorney Antin is a member of the Connecticut and Middlesex County Bar Associations.
